The mission of A More Inclusive Alabama, LLC. is to improve quality of life and to create more inclusive spaces for people of diverse identities. We do this by providing customized trainings for families, communities, and companies seeking to affirm the diverse identities of their members.

One of the major push factors for people who leave the state of Alabama is whether their identities have been accepted by the people in their lives. Persons who deal with racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, and transphobia often deal with negative impacts on their mental health and decide to leave this state in hopes of a more inclusive community. We hope that by providing a space for people to learn about inclusive practices, we can decrease brain drain of people with diverse identities and empower the people in this state to be a part of

a more inclusive Alabama.
